What type of designer am I?
One that likes to solve problems. I’ve noticed lately a hyper fragmentation of the design disciplines. I see design as a practice or process of creatively solving challenging problems. This is really tough to do in a silo, narrowly focused on one tiny element of a large product. So I hesitate to commit myself to one of those bubbles. I really enjoy creating things. And finding connections between seemingly unrelated dots. Full disclosure, I do not have all the answers. I do not know everything. But I like challenges and I’m a fast learner.
